I AM JOSHUA L. GRAHAM
WEST MICHIGAN PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY
I grew up in West Michigan and have handled civil litigation from several perspectives: as a judicial law clerk, an attorney defending personal injury claims, and now an advocate for injured people. I use that experience to help my clients understand the legal process, confront insurance company defenses, and pursue full and fair compensation.
WHO AM I?
Before joining Shafer Swartz, I served as a judicial law clerk for Michigan’s 49th Circuit Court and spent nearly four years representing insurers and defendants in civil litigation. I now use that experience to represent people injured by the carelessness of others. Outside the office, I enjoy fishing, boating, golf, exploring local restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
EXPERT IN INJURY/WRONGFUL DEATH LAW
A serious injury can leave someone dealing with physical pain, financial uncertainty, and an unfamiliar legal system all at once. I believe clients deserve an attorney who listens to them, explains what comes next, and provides honest and practical advice.
